Owners’ Data (CampManager System)

We use CampManager, a secure holiday park management platform, to store and process this information on our behalf. CampManager only processes data under our instructions. This allows us to administer your ownership, handle payments, manage communications, and fulfil our contractual and legal obligations.

Your data is kept for as long as you remain an owner, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. We do not share your ownership data with third parties for marketing purposes.


Who We Share Your Data With (Processors)

Website Hosting
Our website is hosted by a third-party provider. Any personal data submitted through the site may be stored on their secure servers.

Email Communications (Microsoft Office 365/Outlook)
We use Microsoft to provide our email services. Personal data you send us by email is stored securely on Microsoft’s servers. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, Microsoft applies approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK–US Data Bridge.

Marketing Emails (Brevo/Sendinblue)
We use Brevo to manage our marketing communications. If you subscribe to updates, your name and email are stored on Brevo’s servers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Brevo may process data outside the UK/EEA with safeguards in place.

  • Website comments/media: retained indefinitely unless you request removal.
