Holiday Home Ownership in North Cornwall
Your slice of Cornwall for eleven months of the year.
Ownership changes what Cornwall is to you. Not a week booked eleven months ahead with the weather unseen, but June evenings walking down to the harbour for supper, October mornings with the beaches to yourself, and February afternoons with rain on the roof and the whole coast path empty. The park is open eleven months of the year, and the homes here are enjoyed by families, by grandparents, by people who came for a fortnight thirty years ago and never quite left.
Peaceful by design, and kept that way.
There is no clubhouse here, no bar and no evening entertainment, and that is a decision rather than an oversight. What you hear in the evening is birdsong and the wind in the hedges. The lighting is deliberately low, so the stars are worth looking at and the bats come out to hunt. It does not suit everyone, and the park is the better for it — a hundred homes, well spaced, on tarmac lanes, with room to breathe between them.

Nearly thirty years of planting, all of it done by hand.
The old Cornish hedges were here before the family arrived. Everything within them has been planted since. From varied hedges screening the plots, to agapanthus lining the roads and beautiful seasonal beds and planters. It is not manicured and it is not acres of bedding, but something is in flower in every month of the season.
Something in Flower Year Round
Agapanthus along the roads in high summer, phormium and cordyline holding their shape through winter, and seasonal beds and planters changed as the year turns.
A Haven for Wildlife
Barn owls hunt the fields at dusk, tawny owls call from the hedges, and the hedgerows are full of small birds, hedgehogs and stoats.
Grown on the Park
Much of what you see was propagated here, in the family’s own polytunnel, rather than bought in by the pallet. It is why no two beds look quite the same.
Bee Friendly
Our planting is chosen with pollinators in mind as much as people. Agapanthus, hebe and escallonia keep bees working the park from spring through to autumn.
Dark Skies
Lighting is kept deliberately low across the park. Better for the bats, better for the owls, and better for anyone who wants to see the stars on a clear night.
Sheltered by Cornish Hedges
The griselinia, escallonia and laurel planted within them break the wind, screen the plots, and divide the park into quiet green corners.
COAST SWIMMING POOL
Coast is a twenty-metre indoor pool kept between 29 and 30 degrees the year round, with a separate baby pool alongside. It is a consistent 1.2 metres deep, so nobody is ever out of their depth, and numbers are limited to twelve a session .

This brand new holiday home delivers a premium lodge feel in smart holiday home dimensions, blending bold townhouse elegance with effortless modern comfort.
Alex has worked on the park since the family took it on in 1998. Ester came from running a pool complex and built Coast around what she knew.
Rachel grew up on the family’s parks and looks after the office and the grounds. Tom married into the family and works across every side of the park.
Between us we have several, and most days at least one is on duty, usually somewhere near reception, usually asleep. We are a dog-friendly family.
Padstow, the Camel Trail and Cornwall’s North Coast
Half an hour on foot to the harbour. Twenty minutes to the best beaches.
A public footpath leaves the park and crosses the fields towards Padstow, joining the Camel Trail along the estuary and coming out at the harbour — a good walk in dry weather, downhill most of the way, with the water in view for the last stretch. Beyond it lie Constantine, Harlyn, Treyarnon and Bedruthan, all within twenty minutes by car, and the South West Coast Path running in both directions from town. The park sits within the Cornwall National Landscape, which is why the fields around it are still fields.
